This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to payments made for subscriptions, featured listings, promotional services, and other paid features on the BuyBiz platform.
BuyBiz is an online marketplace and aggregator platform that enables users to connect with buyers, sellers, investors, and professionals. Payments made on the platform are for access to premium features and services, and do not guarantee any sale, purchase, investment, lead, or successful transaction.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
Users will continue to enjoy premium benefits until the end of the subscribed period.
Subscription fees are not refundable if the user chooses not to use the service after activation.
Payments made for:
Featured Listings
Listing Boosts
Promotional Campaigns
Advertisement Services
Any other digital promotional feature
are non-refundable once the service has been activated or published.
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, BuyBiz will verify the payment and process a refund for the duplicate amount within 7–10 business days after approval.
If your payment is debited but:
the subscription is not activated, or
the paid service is not reflected in your account,
please contact us within 7 days with your transaction details. Upon verification, BuyBiz will either:
activate the purchased service, or
process a refund, where applicable.
Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
Duplicate payments
Technical errors attributable to BuyBiz
Payments processed without successful activation of the purchased service
Any approved refund shall be at the sole discretion of BuyBiz.
BuyBiz is an aggregator platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, investors, or professionals. BuyBiz does not guarantee:
the accuracy of listings,
the authenticity of users,
successful negotiations,
completion of transactions, or
commercial outcomes.
Accordingly, payments made to BuyBiz are not refundable based on dissatisfaction with any listing, user interaction, negotiation, or transaction outcome.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the timelines of the respective payment gateway or bank.
